Dear debaters,
we have an interesting primary school tournament behind us, during which a total of 18 teams debated whether patriotism does more harm than good and does competitive sports culture in school bring more harm than good. We had 11 teams from Slovenia and Italy joining us for the international tournament.
After three rounds of debating, we had finals which were debated between team Mladost sunshine and Srdoči 2. After a split decision, team Mladost sunshine proved themselves to be the best team of the tournament. We extend our congratulations to third place team Srdoči 1, as well as top three speakers (1st Brina Manja Slak, 2nd Hana Grofelnik, 3rd Gregor Strašek), but also to everyone else who participated in the tournament.
We also thank 1st Gymnasium Zagreb for being the host of the tournament.
